London Bridge.

Abbey Road.
Platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross train station.

This is the flat hallway. My room is right down the end.

Thats the entrance to my building. My flat is on the ground floor, and the small window and large window next to it, is the kitchen.

View of the kitchen from the other side.

This is my flat's kitchen. Its the only communal areas in all buildings, so we spend a bit of time in here. Otherwise we're just cooped up in our rooms, or we can go to the 24/7 library, but that's not really a good idea, because it's supposed to be a quiet place!

These are a few of the exchange-friends I've made. From the Left, Charlotte (American), Sop (Australian), Marissa (American), and Kiley (American). Kiley lives in the same 'flat' as me, and we live with a mix of Brittish students that come from as close as London, to Cambridge, and also a few other international students that have been there since the start of the school year (in 2010). Each flat has 12 people.

Went into London on the first Sunday. Have been back again. It's about a 20-30 minute train ride from Hatfield, but we took a bus each time, which takes a bit longer through traffic. Will probably spend at least 1 day there on each of our free weekends (when we're not travelling).

St. Albans, about 15-20 minutes on the bus from Hatfield. Theres a street market there on Saturdays and lots of shops.

Very small shower!

Bathroom.

Desk, shelves, and fridge.

This is my room, view from the door.
